Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chenango County (Ingraham, J.), rendered November 5, 1982, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and kidnapping in the second degree. 11 On March 22, 1982, defendant was charged in a multicount indictment following an incident during which an elderly woman was robbed at knifepoint.
