This cause and matter came on to be considered by the-Board of Tax Appeals upon an appeal filed herein under date-of January 9, 1948, by the appellant above named, an Ohio-corporation with its principal office and place of business at Hamilton, Ohio, from a final order of the tax commissioner-under date of December 12, 1947, which, in some respects,, modified and as modified, confirmed increased tax assessments theretofore made on the appellant’s intangible property for the tax years 1945 and 1946.
