This case involves the superiority of Henson fifteen used automobiles. The liens asserted by appellant, Southwestern Investment Company, are claimed under the Trust Receipts Act, Article 5499a-51, Vernon’s Ann.Tex.St.; and the asserted liens of appellee. The American National Bank of Amarillo, are claimed under the Certificate of Title Act, Article 1436-1, Vernon’s Ann. P.C.
