Hicks v. Burch

Part of the facts in this case were by stipulation. The place where the accident occurred was outside the city limits and near the airfield south of the city of Des Moines. A paved street known as Southwest 21st Street runs south to the airfield, and is intersected by a graveled street known as McKinley Avenue, the surface of which is a little wider than the paved Southwest 21st Street, the slab of which street is 18 feet wide.
