This is the second appearance of this case before this Court. Defendant Cynthia Harn released a five-year-old child from the school bus Harn was driving, shortly after which the child was killed by a driver who ignored the bus's extended stop arm and flashing lights. In Odum v. Harn , 344 Ga. App. 488, 811 S.E.2d 19 (2018), we affirmed the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Harn in plaintiffs Keisha Odum and Michael Mutcherson's wrongful death action on the ground that Harn was entitled to official immunity.
