This appeal presents the question of whether a certain instrument purporting to be an agreement as to the distribution of the above-named decedent's estate is a contract and, if it is, whether such contract was made after disclosure by respondent of all matters which appellant should have been cognizant of in order to give her the basis for a reasonable choice of action in accepting the contract.
