Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (“plaintiff’) seeks to recover from the Michigan United Food and Commercial Workers Health and Welfare Funds (“defendant”) the costs of providing rehabilitation services for Terence D. Williams, Jr. (“Williams, Jr.”), the 17-year old son of Terence B. Williams (“Mr.Williams”) and Stephanie Williams.
