This is an appeal in a workmen’s compensation case by the employer, Erman Corporation, Inc., and its insurance carrier, Continental National American Insurance Group (appellants), from a district court decision apportioning an award of 100% permanent partial disability, 75% to the appellant employer and 25% to the Kansas Workmen’s Compensation Fund (the Fund).
