Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Sullivan County (McGuire, J.), entered August 21, 2014, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ children.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of two children (born in 2012 and 2013).
