' WADKER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an adjudication of bankruptcy on an involuntary petition filed on March 13, 1920, against the appellant Standard Warehouse & Compress Company, a Douisiana corporation. The petition contained the following averment:

“And your petitioners further represent that said Standard Warehouse & Compress Company is insolvent, and that within four months next preceding the date of this petition said Standard Warehouse & Compress Company committed an act of bankruptcy in that it did heretofore on the 24th day of November, 1919, in the cause entitled…
