Keith v. McGregor

On the 22d day of June, 1917, J. D. McG-regor, as manager of the McG-regor estate, entered into a lease contract with J. L. Keith whereby McGregor leased to Keith about ten acres of land for a period of one year from the 16th day of September, 1917, for an annual rental of $100.
