FACTS

This cases arises from an automobile accident that occurred on July 17, 2000, in Newtown, Connecticut. It is undisputed that the plaintiff, Melissa Grossman (Grossman), was operating a vehicle which collided with the vehicle that the defendant, Robert Belville, was driving. The defendant, Elrac, Inc.
