—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of warranty, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Lebowitz, J.), dated December 27, 1999, which granted the defendants’ motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the complaint and for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered January 14, 2000, dismissing the complaint. The plaintiffs’ notice of appeal from the order dated December 27, 1999, is also deemed a notice of appeal from the judgment (see, CPLR 5501 [c]).
