The issues raised by the fifty-four objections which have been interposed to the account of the executors in this proceeding were, by order entered on March 13, 1935, referred to Hon. Henry C. Turner “ to examine the account rendered, to hear and determine all questions arising upon the settlement of said account which the Surrogate has power to determine, and to make a report thereon, subject, however, to confirmation or modification by the Surrogate.”
