Frank H. Buck, a member of Congress from the State of California, died in the District of Columbia September 17, 1942. By his last will he nominated his brother, Leonard W. Buck, of California, as his executor. At the time of his death he owned securities and personal property located in the District of Columbia to an amount in excess of $500,000. By his will he bequeathed to each of his children 5,000 shares of the capital stock of the Belridge Oil Company and to Helen S. Peterson, then residing in the District of Columbia, he likewise bequeathed 5,000 shares of the *663capital stock of the same…
