A surviving partner and the administratrix of a deceased partner present in this case questions of money to be paid over for the decedent’s share in the partnership business, and, principally, a question whether the proceeds of life insurance policies taken out by the partners while both lived, on the life of the decedent to the survivor as beneficiary, are to be paid in representation of the decedent’s interest.
