This case comes before the court on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats. Stephen T. Pier (Pier) and Threshermen's Mutual Insurance Company (Threshermen's) appeal from the judgment entered by the circuit court of Racine County, Wayne J. Marik, Circuit Judge.
