As tried in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, this is a suit by Will G. Knox, Receiver of United Employers’ Casualty Company, against Standard Accident Insurance Company, to recover the amount of certain insurance premiums due by Vincent Falbo & Sons, a partnership, to United Employers’ Casualty Company. Standard Accident Insurance Company is sued as surety for Falbo & Sons. Trial in the district court resulted in a judgment for Will G. Knox, Receiver.
