Plaintiff brings this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a). This matter is presently before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment, a motion to strike certain evidence, the ERISA plan, and the Administrative Record.
