It appears from the petition in this action that the plaintiff for a number of years had been a pupil in the public school of the city of Covington, and that she was expelled therefrom; and this action was instituted for the purpose of obtaining a mandatory injunction to compel the authorities of said city school to permit plaintiff to continue as a pupil in said school.
