In a matrimonial action in which a judgment of divorce was entered, inter alia, awarding the defendant wife custody of the infant issue of the marriage, the plaintiff appeals from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 24, 1979, as (a) denied his application for a modification of the custody provisions of the judgment of divorce, and (b) awarded a counsel fee of $3,000 to defendant’s attorney for his opposition of said application, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered August 17, 1979, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for entry of a money…
