This cause was' before us at the August term, 1883 (see 13 Bradwell, 565), where a statement of the case will'be found. We then decided upon the merits of the several controversies arising, both upon the original and the cross-bills herein; and the decree was reversed on account of errors in the computation of amounts to be contributed by some of the then appellants.
