Rose, J.:

In 1984, appellants Dale Flanagan and Randolph Moore murdered Flanagan’s grandparents. Flanagan and Moore were convicted of the murders and sentenced to death. This court affirmed appellants’ convictions on appeal, but remanded for a new penalty hearing due to prosecutorial misconduct. This court affirmed the death sentences appellants received after the second penalty hearing.
