In an action, inter alia, to rescind a lease, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its notice of appeal and brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golia, J.), dated February 4, 2002, as granted those branches of the defendant’s motion which were to dismiss the first through fifth causes of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
