Maxwell, Judge:

This is a suit for specific performance of contract with respect to $50,000.00 of first mortgage bonds of the defendant, West Virginia Light, Heat & Power Company, a corporation. The plaintiffs, Nell B. McCoy and Ralph A. Broadwater, are assignees of Sistersville Electric Light & Power Company, a corporation. From a decree requiring the named defendant to deliver bonds in the stated, amount to the plaintiffs, the said defendant appeals.
