Plaintiff, Clinton B. Griffith, filed this lawsuit against defendants: Elmer E. Hasha (hereafter “Elmer”), plaintiff’s former brother-in-law, now deceased; Malvern M. Hasha (hereafter “Malvern”), plaintiff’s brother-in-law; and Jack M. Hayden (hereafter “Hayden”) a Texas patent attorney, asserting a 53% stock ownership in a Texas oil field service corporation known as Gator Hawk External Testers, Inc. (hereafter “Gator”).
