This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook county, entered on January 7, 1936, appointing a receiver for the premises known as 340-42 East 56th street, in the city of Chicago. Prior to the appointment of the receiver, the property in question had been sold under a foreclosure decree entered on October 20, 1932, in favor of Louis Proesel, complainant in the foreclosure suit.
