Plaintiff Paul Pankey appeals by leave granted an order entered oh August 31, 1995, by the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission (wcac) denying reconsideration of an order entered on' July 11, 1995, denying his motion for delayed appeal. We vacate and remand for further proceedings.

Plaintiff filed an application for hearing seeking benefits that defendant Bigard/Drillers, Inc., had withheld on the grounds that they were wrongly paid.
