This is an appeal by writ of error from one of the district courts exercising jurisdiction in Dallas County." It was an action in trespass to try title where the defendants in error, Mrs. Ginevra Purnell and her husband, as plaintiffs, recovered the title and possession of certain property situated in the City of Dallas from Mrs. Laura Parks and the. devisees of her deceased husband, O.
