1Opinion of the Court

COULSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a temporary injunction restraining the appellants Guy J. Robertson, G & R Investment, a partnership, Wilcrest/Westheimer, a partnership, Richard P. Schissler, Jr., and M. A. Mills from foreclosing on and selling appellee Nance’s one-third interest in Wil-crest/Westheimer, a partnership, pending final hearing upon the cause of action. Appellants (Robertson, et al) have filed a motion to dismiss their appeal as moot on the ground that a final hearing has been held and judgment entered on the merits. We grant appellants’ motion to dismiss as moot.
