Kirke Bartley, J, at jury trial and sentencing), rendered October 30, 2008, convicting defendant of robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 17 years, unanimously affirmed.
