On June 22, 1990, the circuit court of Champaign County, pursuant to a revocation of the defendant's probation, sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant was given credit for time served, 149 days, which was ordered as a part of his original probation, and also was given credit for time served for the period of time from the filing of the petition to revoke probation, April 30, 1990, to and including June 22, 1990, the date that he was sentenced on the probation revocation.
