Certiorari on the relation of the City of Worthington and its compensation carrier to review a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals determining that employee, a member of the city’s volunteer fire department, is temporarily totally disabled as the substantial result of a heart attack determined to have arisen out of and in the course of his employment.
