Upon the bills of two complainants, separately filed in the Anderson-Circuit Court, but afterwards consolidated, a decree was rendered declaring fraudulent a conveyance of 350 acres of land from W. Harris to J. H. Busey, and directing the land to be sold for the satisfaction of the *408demands set up by the complainants, amounting in the aggregate to less than $250, but giving precedence to the debt of W. W. George, whose bill was first filed. At the sale by the Commissioner, J. D. Hardin, who had filed the bills and obtained the decree as counsel…
