ORDER

DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff and Defendant were formerly husband and wife. They were divorced in the District Court of Hughes County, State of Oklahoma on February 28, 1973 which is the date the Divorce Decree was entered. Pursuant to said divorce proceedings, the parties executed a Property Settlement Contract which was approved by the State Court and such approval was incorporated into the Divorce Decree entered in the case.
