¶1 The State appeals the trial court’s order granting a motion for arrest of judgment in favor of Dean William Hogan after Hogan pleaded guilty to two counts of violating a domestic violence protection order by communicating with the protected person while she visited him when he was in custody. Although Hogan’s contact with the protected person was prohibited, it was not at one of the enumerated prohibited locations, nor did it involve acts or threats of violence.
