The appellant, Financial Security Assurance, Inc. (“appellant” or “cross-appellee” or “FSA”) has filed an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s orders of March 27, 1995, denying confirmation of the reorganization plan, March 30, 1995, confirming the plan, and June 27, 1995, denying appellant’s motion for reconsideration or new trial.
