Appellant indicted for killing Ms son Edgar Howard, was convicted, and Ms punisMnent fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for three years. Judgment having been entered in conformity to the jury’s verdict, appeal is prosecuted.
The homicide occurred at the home of Andy Hurt in or near Richmond, late in the afternoon of Sunday, May 25, 1934.
