Honeyman, J.,

Prosecutrix in this action filed a petition praying that defendant, *605Leon Blumberg, be adjudged in contempt of court for his failure to continue to make payments on a support order after the minor child of the parties attained the age of 18 years. An answer to the petition was filed and the matter set down for hearing. In effect, the matter is treated by both counsel and the court the same as a petition to vacate the support order.
