MEMORANDUM OPINION
MANUEL D. LEAL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Robert Porter, debtor, is the part owner ’ and lessor of a building located in Houston, Texas. The building was leased to a business known as The Stone Fox. The State of Texas and the City of Houston, claiming that prostitution was being allowed on the premises, brought a public nuisance civil action in state court against The Stone Fox. It sought to abate the nuisance of prostitution, and to enjoin all persons connected with the premises from maintaining such nuisance.
