Richard W. Morgan appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea made in connection with a seven-count information charging him with various drug-related offenses. Granting Morgan partial relief, the district court set aside two counts of the plea relating to money laundering on the basis of United States v. Larson, 796 F.2d 244 (8th Cir.1986), an Eighth Circuit case decided after Morgan’s sentencing.
