Plaintiff-appellant Donald L. Camp (Camp) appeals from a judgment of the district court affirming the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) 1 denying Camp disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income (SSI) benefits, based on alleged disability. Because we conclude that the decision of the Secretary was not based upon substantial evidence supporting the burden of proof imposed by law on the Secretary, the decision of the district court will be reversed and remanded with directions to remand the cause…
