In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DeMaro, J.), dated March 2, 1995, which denied their motion for summary judgment, and (2) an order of the same court dated May 15, 1995, which denied their motion to reargue.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated May 15, 1995, is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
Ordered that the order dated March 2, 1995, is reversed, on the law, and the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint is…
