(after stating the facts as above). Bankrupts are allowed the same exemptions as are prescribed by the laws of the state in which they are domiciled. Bankr. Act (July 1, 1898, c. 541, § 6, 30- Stat. 548 (U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3434). The bankrupt is required to submit under oath to the court a schedule of his property showing amount and kind, location, and money value in detail, and a claim for such exemption as he may be entitled to.
