CALABRIA, Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs appeal of the trial court’s order denying the issuance of a preliminary injunction. Analog Devices, Inc. (“Analog”) and Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (“Maxim”) are corporations that compete to produce various types of integrated circuits including analog-to-digital converters (“ADCs”).
