Plaintiff is a farmers’ co-operative association, organized under Act No.1 84,' Pub. Acts 1921, with headquarters at Edmore, has -143 mem bers, and, with 70 like associations, is a member of the Michigan Potato Growers 'Exchange, which has headquarters at Cadillac and a combined membership of 8,000 growers of potatoes.
