The record shows shipments of fruit from Ne ^ Orleans to Pittsburg, Pa., at the dates mentioned in the petition. The bills of lading were issued from the office of the Northeastern Railroad Company. They acknowledge receipt by that company from the shipper in apparent good order of the packages mentioned therein (contents unknown), to be transported and delivered in like good order to their place of destination, subject to conditions noted in the bills.
