OPINION OF THE COURT BY JUSTICE WRIGHT AFFIRMING

A Clay Circuit Court jury convicted Appellant, Rodney Bowling, of murder, driving under the influence, and two counts of first-degree assault. The jury recommended sentences of thirty years' imprisonment for murder; thirty days' confinement and a $500 fine for driving under the influence; and ten years' imprisonment for each of the two counts of assault.
