MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

PHILIP PRATT, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed her first application for a period of disability on June 21, 1965. It was denied on January 28, 1966. Plaintiff’s second application, filed May 19, 1969, resulted in an initial determination on June 26, 1969, finding that plaintiff was not disabled. Plaintiff did not request review of the decision.
