SMITH, Presiding Judge.
Defendant appeals from his conviction by a jury of three counts of robbery in the first degree and sentence by the court to three concurrent 18 year terms. We affirm.
Prior to six a. m. on the date of the robbery three women were waiting for a bus on Grand Avenue in the City of St. Louis. They were approached by two men. One man, in a black jacket, kept one hand in his pocket and patted down the women with his other hand. The second man, in a red or brown jacket, instructed the women to give him and his cohort their purses so they “wouldn’t be hurt.” The women complied…
